The video shared with me contained recommended action items to ensure my vehicle is kept in perfect mechanical condition. The ease of authorizing additional work via a text message is so amazing. On top of that, the estimated additional time needed to complete additional work was 1/2 of the quoted time. I was in/out in under three hours. On a holiday weekend, less time at the dealership meant more time with friends and family. Truly a first rate service department! More
