We drove our 2014 Outback from Sacramento CA to Depoe Bay OR for our summer vacation. On the half way to Depoe Bay, the "check Engine" light went on. We called Corvallis Subaru service department for help. O OR for our summer vacation. On the half way to Depoe Bay, the "check Engine" light went on. We called Corvallis Subaru service department for help. Our service advisor Houston was able to book us an appointment on the same day and fixed our engine issue. Houston also provided us a loaner car for the day. The cost of repair was very reasonable. Overall 5 star for the repair experience...nice people and great service -- Jeff More

When our car started showing check engine warning lights and then some safety features quit working, I immediately contacted Cory Conklin, our service advisor for the past 5 years. He immediately checked w and then some safety features quit working, I immediately contacted Cory Conklin, our service advisor for the past 5 years. He immediately checked with a mechanic to see if it is safe to drive the car and he called us back. Cory got us a service appointment quickly to diagnose the problem. Cory smoothly took care of getting an estimate to State Farm for help in paying for the repair. We have developed a trust relationship with Cory and he took care of everything and guided us through the process to have insurance cover the repair. Within 2 days and most of that time was waiting on insurance approval of estimate. The car is fixed. The tech was Cody Wendel, he worked quickly and I am very satisfied with the work and care given to my vehicle. The car was even completed earlier than expected and the cost was cheaper than expected. Knowing Cory Conklin was our service advisor took all the worry out of the situation because he took care of everything. Thank you for all your help. The car runs great. More
