I brought my car into the service department due to a fuel leak. The service department quoted me $600.00 to fix the leak. I declined the repair and asked a friend to look. He fixed the issue with a .24 fuel leak. The service department quoted me $600.00 to fix the leak. I declined the repair and asked a friend to look. He fixed the issue with a .24 cents clamp. I will never use Suntrup again after this rip off attempt. More

My car was supposed to have 3-5 miles on it, brand new! It had 14, they broke the contract. I purchased the car in April it was at the port when it got to the dealership in May things were totally differe It had 14, they broke the contract. I purchased the car in April it was at the port when it got to the dealership in May things were totally different from what they told me in April they did not give me the April deal and that is the reason why I bought it because of the deal. The salesman said he would hook up my phone to the car and show me everything and he did not you have to watch videos & learn yourself. I have issues with the car not even 2,000 miles I called them told him I needed to make an appointment that I needed a rental car they refuse to get back with me so I've decided to go to another Volkswagen dealer to have my repairs. I would not recommend this dealership at all stay clear if you don't want to have to deal with problems More

Brandon got on the stick to get the ball rolling. When my brother reneged to by my 2016 golf, I made hast to make it over to see that my interest hadn't been sold. Have a better sense of what dealer loyalty is. My niece's car died. She works at the zoo in Redrock's with big cats. She may like idea of a Tiguan (Tiger/Iguana) but that's a personal preference.
