Lacked simple customer sevice skills, basically if u dont ask u get nothing. For example, telling customer where their car is after picking up the key. I assmed it was on the side but it was not and spent ti ask u get nothing. For example, telling customer where their car is after picking up the key. I assmed it was on the side but it was not and spent time walking around the parking lot to the far back. Tons of workers there but did not ask if help was needed. Didnt offer print out of needed work. Lastly, I was contacted 5 times about buying/trading in my car before i was told what was wrong with it (first text was at 10:34 am and they finally called me around 3:15 pm to tell me what the problem was). Seems like their service is only based on a sale or paying for a service. More
