ActionOneNewsTeam where are you? I purchased my car from Michael. He told me during my test drive that my TPMS light was on because one of the tires was low and nothing else was wron I purchased my car from Michael. He told me during my test drive that my TPMS light was on because one of the tires was low and nothing else was wrong (they checked just hadn't had time to air the tire up, yeah right they probably never did check anything and that should have been my red flag) but when I drove my car off the lot the tire wasn't aired up as promised and when I aired it up at the station around the corner (because my gas light of course was on and the car read - - miles to empty) the light didn't go off. The following day I noticed the a/c no longer blew cold..yes they filled it so I wouldn't know the a/c was out. When I contacted Micheal a few days into my new car I asked him to please tell what else is wrong with the car, I mean I was already stuck with it just save me the hassle of breaking down or being hurt in a wreck and tell me what they found wrong so I xan go ahead and start repairs....he says absolutely notjing, of course. One week later I'm having the oil changed bc I'm sure they didn't bother, and as soon as the tech opens my hood he informs me ALL the motor mounts are broken, there's caps missing on some of the fluids, and oil or transmission fluid leaking all over the underside of the car..they straght knew of these problems, no one could miss them (except my dumb but who never popped the hood). I've called for the manager 4 times and never a call back. I think it's time we all work together to shut these scammers down! My attorney says I have a great case ($12,000) in repairs found within the first month of owning it and it's only a $12,000 car! Are there any news groups or activists in the area that still investigate business's like this anymore? More
