Super dishonest and liers. Over priced cars. First of all, I was assured that they where a great company to work with. The car I was shown was $4,995 cash (on Craigslist). I did need i-house financing, they raised the cost of the car more than twice the cash price. I knew it would go up some, but not 100% of the cash price, we hailed and could not come to terms, then the salesman said I would not get my $1,000 deposit back, bad mistake by me. I told them we did not come to terms on price, so the deal was I get my deposit back, not the original deal, but they had my money. I had also asked them to fix an easy cosmetic issue before I purchased. I only bought it cause I did not want to loose $1,000. THEY NEVER FIXED COSMETIC ISSUE AND LIED TO MY FACE AND SAID IT WAS MY WORD AGAINST THE SALESMAN. THEN THEY TEETERED ME THAT IF I LEFT A BAD REVIEW I HAD BETTER NOT BE 1 DAY LATE ON MY PAYMENT CAUSE THEY WILL PICK THE CAR UP.What planet are these people from, I wish I had read reviews before buying from the worst dealership I have ever been to. Please Dont Be Fooled By This Horrible Dealer I purchased a vehicle from 1and2 auto. The Vehicle made it 11 miles before the oil and gas lights came on. I purchased a 2006 mummer H3 from 1and2 au I purchased a vehicle from 1and2 auto. The Vehicle made it 11 miles before the oil and gas lights came on. I purchased a 2006 mummer H3 from 1and2 auto yesterday. It was not the vehicle I actually wanted but my salesman (DJ) told me it had been on the lot awhile and i would get a better deal on it. He told me it was just serviced and all the fluids were topped off and was good to go. I told him i was going to visit my father in the hospital in two days and he said he would have it detailed and make sure it was good to go for me and that he would get me a spare tire to ease my mind driving so far. I came back the next day to finish filling out paperwork. After 2 hours I finally was able to leave. I made it 11 miles before the oil and gas lights came on. I was not as concerned with the gas light just thought after spending 15000 they could of at least filled it up. I went ahead and pulled over and checked the oil. There was no oil on the dipstick. I called my salesman and told him what was going on and he told me he would take care of it. I had to work way up north and knew I would not be getting back until late and he said he would come and get it and fix the issues. We spoke a few more times that morning and he asked for some more documents. I sent the documents he had asked for and never herd back from him. When i got home that evening the vehicle was still sitting there untouched. I tried to call and left messages but no return call. I tried to call the dealership but they put me on hold then imminently sent me to a voicemail that said no more messages could be left then it disconnected me. I am now having to rent a vehicle to go see my father in the hospital because i am afraid the new vehicle i purchased wont make the trip. I am extremely unhappy with the way they handled this situation and if thy would of just made it right i would not of even been upset about being lied to about a service being done. I feel that they are not trustworthy at this point and that they do not care about the safety or well-being of there customers.I feel sad that customers mean so little to them. I am a manager and my first goal is to make sure my customers are happy and taken care of so they stay customers. 1and2 auto must only care about the money. More

STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't listen to the reviews I trusted my own stupidity.. After comimg to the lot to get a Camaro, they put me in a Challenger with 120,000 p!us mil I didn't listen to the reviews I trusted my own stupidity.. Online price was 13,988 when they got through screwing me the price came out to $23,000 for a 2009.. DJ kept my I'd so I had to come back to get it.. Then he said he would put me in the Camaro once I came up back to get my I'd. Made me sit and wait for hours just to tell me they couldn't put me in the Camaro.. Now mind you folks the Camaro was cheaper with lesser miles on it, then the Challenger was. But they would offer the Challenger that had more miles and a higher price. Wait a minute what??? How could I not get a cheaper car with lower miles, but get approved for a higher car with triple the miles.. I thought about it people once I gave DJ my money before even signing any paperwork, I was like look I changed my mind I want my money back this is obviously not a good deal. Then he stated all sales are final and put no refund on my receipt .I'm like excuse me I've never heard of this before.. After missing days of work I took the crappy car the next day and left.. Car had the thermostat missing car kept running hot. Rotors were bad smh.. Make a long story short $3,500 down folks $650 month for five years.. When it was all said and done I would've paid $34,000 for the car.. But wait it gets better, my car note was due on the 29th of July 2016. I called Chris on the 28th and stated I get paid the 1st of August 2016.. He said make a partial payment, I told him it was impossible because I do not get paid from both employers until the 1st.. Saturday Andrea the receptionist called about my payment, I said well i talked to Chris and personally told him over the phone I couldn't until the first.. July 30th while I was at work two hours after I talked to Andrea my car was being repossessed.. People the most embarrassing experience in my life.. The end result was come and talk to Scott so he can go over your account.. I never showed up because from the reviews the repo and was I was paying i knew they were going to make me pay the whole car off.. People listen to our reviews it's no joke, these people con you out of your money then treat you like crap.. And I bet they will post a negative review back saying this and that about me.. I've invested over $6,000 in that car got it February 29 2016 to have it taken from me July30 2016 just one day after my car note was due.. I'm willing to protest and do whatever it takes to get this car lot shut down.. Read the reviews people they are everywhere, the good reviews are from them and friends please DO NOT believe and trust them.. All cars have high mileage plus over priced. ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE AND SHAMEFUL TREATMENT!!! TOTAL SCAM!! I am a disabled Veteran and have had some hardships while waiting for my disability case to go through and was out of work for almost a year. While I was waiting for my disability case to be resolved my credit took a turn for the worse because I went from making a good deal of money to nothing virtually overnight and as a result my credit suffered because there were way more bills than money, but inevitably, totally my fault. We have 5 children and have been worried about a roof over our heads and food to eat and clothes for our kids back to basic necessities. We are working with our credit companies to resolve what we owe but with little cash left over each month it is a slow process but again no ones fault but my own. My wife and I needed a new vehicle and didn't want to ask our families for help because they have already helped us so much, we wanted to do this on our own. We saved for months, and months, saving change and every penny we could until we got $3000.00 saved up. We started looking for a new vehicle and one of the dealerships that kept coming up was 1and2 Automotive in Dallas Texas. We went and met with a salesman named Bob Shoemaker. Bob seemed pleasant enough when we went in but it was late in the afternoon on a Friday and he was making references to wanting to get off and watch the hockey game. We ended up getting a beautiful Mercedes Benz in fantastic condition, we were elated! Bob kept bringing out different versions of the paperwork and kept saying he was making mistakes on our down payment amounts. We walked out of the dealership with a copy of the contract that said we did not have a differed down payment due at all. Bob also kept insisting on us getting cash for the down payment, which made us a little uncomfortable but we really wanted the car. Bob also eluded to us that we just make the differed down payment when we could before our first payment was due which was May 29th. 1and2 Automotive sat out in front of our house for hours on the morning of Saturday May 21st 2016, and waited for my wife to load the car we got from them and go inside the house. They then came at took the car at about 10am on a Saturday morning, with no call no warning or anything just gone according to the documents they later produced our differed down payment was due on Friday May 20th so the payment was less than 12 hours late when they took our car!!! We immediately called up to the dealership to figure out what was going on and were told that no one was there to answer our questions until Monday. I had VA appointments on that Monday May 23rd so we were unable to go on Monday because anyone that has dealt with VA knows you cannot miss one of those appointments or won't get seen again for 3 months. We were told the guy we needed to talk to was only at the dealership Monday thru Friday 9am to noon. We went today on May 24th and were taken to a back office away from everyone else and a guy cam in with glasses that had a camera on them so we knew we were in trouble from the beginning. He sat there from the beginning and berated us and talked down to us, called us names, made fun of me for being disabled, and called me a dead beat, and a sponge off society because I can no longer work due to my disabilities sustained in military service. We were stunned and were told they were no longer going to do business with us and that we had to pay the balance of the note which was 20,000 today, which is not possible for us or many people we know. We then just said okay we understand and agree wholeheartedly we should all just go our separate ways. We asked that they just pro-rate the days we had the vehicle and give us the balance of our down payment back. they laughed at us and told us we were not getting any money back and to leave the dealership. things from there got pretty heated and we did end up leaving minus our 3000.00 it took us almost a year to save!!!! We have no idea what we are going to do now but feel we go the "old bait and switch done on us". We are good people and try to live very honorable lives. We do not do wrong by anyone and those that know us will attest we have an impeccable reputation in our community as volunteers at our youth association and at our children’s schools and a variety of other charities. Even though we don't have much money we give every month to St. Jude Children’s Hospital because we believe in paying it forward!!! I hope by filing this report if I can prevent even one person from going through what we have just gone through then what we have gone through will have been worth it.
