The entire process was extremely smooth and I can tell a lot of thought went into this new way of buying a car. Their website is well laid out and all of their vehicles looked fantastic. All of the important stuff can be done directly on their website. I chose to use their financing and all I had to do was verify 3 or 4 items, sign a contract and it was done. The car delivery was on time. I could also tell that even the delivery driver liked his job. The entire process took 3 days to delivery and that included me sifting through many cars before I made a final decision. I felt like they genuinely wanted to sell me a car that I was sure I really wanted, vs just trying to make a sale to meet quota. I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. This process was so much easier, and i was so pleasantly surprised. Getting the car right at the time promised, and having options if i changed my mind, was such a relief. The only way to buy a car. I am so thankful I did not have to haggle with a car salesman, I haven't bought a car in years because of this. They always end up taking advantage of me and I end up paying for stuff I didn't even need. The entire Carvana process is streamlined. I found the car I wanted at a very good price (near the better end of the Kelly Blue Book Value). I financed the car with my own bank (better APR), and Carvana made it easy to pay using that method. I was able to pick up the car at my local Carvana vending machine. My son loved the experience and the car is in excellent condition. Overall, amazing. My wife's getting a new car soon and we will definitely buy it via Carvana. More
