The only way to buy a car. I am so thankful I did not have to haggle with a car salesman, I haven't bought a car in years because of this. I found the car I wanted at a very good price (near the better end of the Kelly Blue Book Value). I financed the car with my own bank (better APR), and Carvana made it easy to pay using that method. I was able to pick up the car at my local Carvana vending machine. My son loved the experience and the car is in excellent condition. Overall, amazing. My wife's getting a new car soon and we will definitely buy it via Carvana. More

You also get a FREE copy of the carfax report. With saving as much money as I did I wasn't expecting good customer service. Boy was I wrong, when I called to discuss adding a trade in car to my purchase I was greeted by a positive helpful person. All my future calls to confirm pickup date and verify my back account funds were also with very upbeat positive customer service people. I was relived with how stress free they made the process. They have even streamlined how they verify you have enough money in your account for car purchase. The 7 day money back guarantee is nice and I was pleasantly surprised that Carvana sent me emails following up on how car was driving and reminding me how many days I had left on 7 day guarantee. Other companies would have gone out of there way to try to make your forget about the 7 days to lower the chance you might return. This showed me the confidence Carvana has in their car quality. I bought the car on Black Friday and was very impressed that the day after my 7 days was up. Carvana made sure my $1000 promotion check was overnight mailed to me. Picking up the car was a fun experience with putting the token in the machine. Lastly and most importantly the car drives great and looks exactly like it did on the website. To be safe I took it too dealership for an inspection and they confirmed the car was in great shape and the tires were basically new. My next car will also be from carvana. More

I don’t ya e anything bad to say about carvana.... and there is definitely a cool factor to the vending Machiene if you live close to one!!! However the delivery service is also super convenient... but not as cool as the huge car vending machine :) More

The paperwork for the financing and purchasing the car was very easy. I also liked the fact that Carvana worked with me on some issues that came up, I was very satisfied on how they helped me. When the car was delivered it was even better than the pictures. I was very happy with the car. The fact that I could have turned it back that day, who does that? Then I had 7 days to drive it and to see if I really wanted the car. On the first day I knew I was going to keep the car. On the 6th day when I received a call from Carvana, I asked if I could add the extended warranty to the package. Within about 15 minutes that was taken care of. This is the first time I have bought a car with no stress and no spending hours waiting for the dealer to get the financing taken care of. I will buy my next car from Carvana!!!!! More

The best ever way to buy a car! I was looking for a vehicle around the Houston area for about four weeks. I was getting very tired of sitting and talking with sales people. One night looking on car sites I came across Carvana. So, I thought I'd look. I found the vehicle I wanted at a great price. So.... do I take a chance buying off the internet? I did, and I am glad I did. The process is by far the best I ever had. I am 64 years old and purchased many cars and these people have it down pat!!! From the first phone call to my driveway delivery, it was "AMAZING" ! And every mark and or imperfection noted and shown on the net was exactly as described. I never was so relaxed buying a car.... And what dealer lets you drive a car for 7 days to see if you like it?? And if you don't for any reason, they will take it back, but they can't have mine", and give you your money back! You have to try them, you will not be disappointed. More
