We bought a car from carvana 3 years ago and had a great experience. This time, the process was disorganized, documents were 'expiring' after we submitted them, our trade of offer expired because of it and experience. A check was already cut from our bank and I had to spend additional hours of my work time dealing with what should have been a simple process caused by Carvana's poorly designed system. This company process is not what it used to be and the customer service is atrocious. More

They tried to say I was purchasing the 2nd car I had returned. They delayed the registration info for the DMV and taxes. It was an unmitigated actually nightmare that just wouldn't end. More

I believe the handling of my transaction has been unreasonably burdensome, involving multiple document submissions and compounded by erroneous information in the AutoCheck and Carfax reports. Throughout the purchasing process, I have consistently encountered hurdles due to the repeated requests for additional documentation. Despite providing all necessary information initially, I have been continually asked to submit further documents, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. This has not only consumed an excessive amount of my time but has also caused a great deal of frustration. More
