Three weeks with car and I’ve already encountered mechanical issues. Battery had to be replaced, starter had to be replaced, and B1 maintenance is due. All of this will cost me about $2000. The warranty will cover mechanical/issues but not maintenance that is due. Be aware of purchasing with Carvana for “convenience”. The quality of their vehicles that they promote is false and misleading. More

The experience from looking for a car, to making an appointment, to loading documents and going to the dealership was a breeze. BUTTTTT I haven’t had the car for a week which was picked up on Monday, a appointment, to loading documents and going to the dealership was a breeze. BUTTTTT I haven’t had the car for a week which was picked up on Monday, and received a letter Saturday that my registration will be suspended due to not having insurance on 08/15/2023, I purchased the car on 10/02/2023. I called support that Saturday when I received the letter and the representative was simpatitic and inform me to call back Monday and I did and there was nothing they can help with apparently which was really annoying. I called the dmv and no answer. So I’m pinned in a corner with a car I just purchased less than a week ago and already getting it suspended. I’m very disappointed on how I had high expections and was happy until I was stuck with the mess afterwards. The registration team should’ve helped me since there experts on what’s going on and I’m pretty sure they messed up on there end. So 5 stars for how easy it was but 0 stars to the stressing I was left with afterwards. More

They were over a week late with delivery. The vehicle showed up with an exhaust leak and a LOT of rust on the frame and everything underneath. I rejected the vehicle because of the major issues. they still processed my $20k payment and are now holding onto my money for what they said could be 14 days. They also said the shipping fee is non refundable even though the vehicle had damage they didn’t disclose. So between the late delivery and holding onto my money for 2 weeks, I’m going to be without a vehicle or any money to buy one for 3 weeks. Absolutely the worst More
