Before the car got to me, a Carvana associate called me to inform me the car had a lot of cosmetic issues that didn't show up in the pictures- in her words, "it's not a very pretty car." I appreciated the heads up, and I already had an alternate picked out. It didn't require a shipping payment, and the shipping fee I paid was supposed to be applied to the down payment on the second car. However, that didn't happen. It's supposed to be getting fixed, but it hasn't been so far. I'll update this review if it does. More

There were defects disclosed that are much smaller and hardly noticeable at all, However, two larger and much more noticeable scrapes did not make it onto the website. The email announced the exterior defects are within Carvana’s standards and nothing will be done. Buying a used car, I do not expect perfection. However, it is disappointing to learn that legitimate concerns are dismissed so thoughtlessly. As a consumer, it is confusing that so many almost imperceptible flaws were mentioned, but the two largest were not. I would’ve addressed those prior to the pick up of my vehicle if I had known. This is the second car I have purchased from Carvana. With the first one I was so impressed when the car was delivered and I was told about a defect that wasn’t disclosed at the time of sale. Carvana offered to have it fixed free of charge. I did not feel that was necessary because it was so minor. I am not interested in taking advantage of anyone, but I do think the scrapes that I am concerned with on the new car are legitimately too large to be within your standards. It just feels as if you want to wash your hands of the issue and walk away without doing what’s right. This is not what I expected having had such a good experience the first time. I’ve also referred three other people who have all purchased their car from Carvana as well. I would think twice before I do so again. More

Overall the process was great! The issue was with the vehicle itself. I only had the vehicle a few days and had to purchase a battery. Then while taking it for inspection day 4 -I The issue was with the vehicle itself. I only had the vehicle a few days and had to purchase a battery. Then while taking it for inspection day 4 -I was told it needed new tires. The total cost for both was $1500.00. It’s a shame that wasn’t seen in Carvana inspection process. More
It is definitely easy to purchase a vehicle with no hassle. The process was quick and effortless. However I do advise you to inspect your vehicle thoroughly. I saw a crack in my windshield after the delivery left and caravana will not fix/repair it because the driver did not document it. The crack was not listed on the website under imperfections. Now I have to replace the windshield out of pocket. This is the only problem I have with caravana. This is the only reason why I won’t give the company 5 stars. More
This is our 4th car with Carvana and the experience was such that I’ll never purchase with them again. Poor customer service, poor communication, delivery pushed back 4x without explanation. Easy and fast to choose a car and get approved. Although after I was already scheduled to have my car delivered and paid the down payment, there were issues with the way I uploaded my Drivers Licen Although after I was already scheduled to have my car delivered and paid the down payment, there were issues with the way I uploaded my Drivers License so I had to upload it a few more times in different forms and was finally accepted. Delivery of my car was on time. I noticed after delivery that there were so many more imperfections on the vehicle than what was decribed on their website. Also the next day I noticed my brakes were making a very loud noise every time I pressed the brake pedal. Very inconvenient to have issues already. Especially because I drive a lot and rely on my vehicle to be well maintained. My CarPlay also isn't working which is a feature I love on all my vehicles and was hoping to be a smooth transition after a total loss on my previous car. Overall Im hoping Carvana keeps their word on their 100 day guarantee repair on any issues especially because I took my car to the shop only 5 days after received. I was very hesitant on keeping the vehicle passed the 7 days. Another inconvenient thing was having to go to DMV to have them do a VIN verification of the vehicle. It was my first time being told I had to do this and was very frustrating to have to sit at DMV as we all are aware of how busy this place is. More
This was the easiest way I have ever bought a car! I got pre-qualified for financing. I then selected a car that I liked and that had payment terms that I could deal with.
