First let me say the salesperson Johan in Orlando absolutely amazing. I could write a longer review. The main issues we had at the Orlando location. #1 There is NO REASON why buying a car should be a absolutely amazing. I could write a longer review. Never have I spent more than 2 hours in the past when purchasing from other dealerships. We most definitely will buy our other 3 kid's cars from somewhere else. #2 the music in the Orlando location is extremely loud you can't hear what anyone is saying to you. A family came in with an older lady and she said I can't be in here it's too loud! They turned around and left. Also, the content of the music is unacceptable for a place of business. The amount of profanity in some of the songs unacceptable when you bring your kids with you. Thought it was a professional place of business not a club. I will not touch the other issue.
