Takes to long to buy a car. Arrived at 10:30 did not get out of dealership until 3:30. Was paying cash so transaction should have gone much faster. Couldn’t find keys to first car I wanted to see then after they found the key and sales associate brought car around it had a lot of scratches and dents that did not show up on internet pictures. Finally settled on the third card I looked at. Music to loud in customer area. Sales associate was fairly new but very nice and was trying move things along. To many managers and I only saw one actually working, others not doing much and could have been helping and introducing themselves to customers. Will not recommend this dealership. More

They don't seem to care. . i was there for almost 7 hrs. and nobody ever offered a bottle of water. i decided on a car within the first hour.. then spent the rest of the time . i was there for almost 7 hrs. and nobody ever offered a bottle of water. i decided on a car within the first hour.. then spent the rest of the time sitting in the office, lunch room, outside etc., etc.in the end they tried to slip in extras in the contract... be on the look out for these guys More

Spent days trying to get ahold of the out of state department about a car I was interested in. Called every day for a week and never could get ahold of anyone.
