is have been the most stressful and frustrating experience ever, I was in a bad car accident not at fault on March 13, 2025 a total loss. I started working Hanna Imports on March 17, 2025. As of to experience ever, I was in a bad car accident not at fault on March 13, 2025 a total loss. I started working Hanna Imports on March 17, 2025. As of today April 2, 2025 I’ve yet to receive the vehicle that I was approved for through Global Lending. Please see attached conversations via text messaging between myself and my salesman Brandon and the finance manager Sammy. I’m a single parent with 2 children, rebuilding my credit and I explained to them from day one how imperative buying a car in a timely manner was. Since day one I’ve felt as if I been getting the run around because as you can see in the text messages I was approved with a $4k deposit, I had saved that money and was prepared to pay the down payment. Now normally how finaning works, once you do the credit app, you get an approval, you pay your down payment and the dealer signs and send over and assignment form with the amount owed from finance company and you sign and drive. This car lot had me lie to the lender and say I had already received the car, I put insurance on the vehicle as they instructed for them to turn around and tell me their policy is to release the car once the finance company funds the loan. I called the lender as instructed by the finance manager Sammy and told them I had the car thinking it was going to be shipped as promised. Well guess what that never happened. The communication between the car lot and lender was suck xxx. Neither kept blaming the other for not completing something. Come to find out the lender wanted Hanna Imports to modify the contract based on some warranties they didn’t approve of. I had to call and demand to speak with a higher up at Hanna in order to get the ball rolling. Come to find out the issue was that the bank was confused on the interview questions they ask me didn’t match with the contract the car lot sent them. I told them I had $4k to put down and come to find out the car lot sent the a contract saying I paid $8k. I received a call and text message one from my salesman Brandon saying what happened and then a text as you can see in the photos from Sammy the finance manager instructing me to lie to lender saying I paid $8k down. After me questioning it and being vulnerable needing a car to get me and my family back and forth I went along with it so I can get transportation. Once the contract was redone and I resigned, I noticed that the down payment went from $4k to $8k and if you look closely to the attached contract you will see the down payment was factored into the loan and the total loan was almost $42k to pay back, triple the price of the original loan, so when I questioned it the car lot turned around and said to ignore that because my down payment was paid because of tax credits and other credits they applied. I received a message saying the lender funded the loan and they where working on shipment and when I called for a status update then I was hit to reply to the link to pay a payment of $4k. When I responded about the tax credits per the previous conversation then the finance manager said yes correct it’s paid now they refuse to ship the car without the additional $4k, I was called by several people at the lot wanting to know what to do and yet no resolution. BEWARE OF THIS DEALER BECAUSE IM PAYING FOR INSURANCE ON A CAR THAT I DIDNT RECEIVE AND I SPOKE WITH AN ATTORNEY TODAY AND THIS IS CONSIDERED DEFRAUDING A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION AND CONSUMER. I will be filing a complaint at the North Carolina department of justice, BBB, Consumer Affairs, and the any other agency that has the authority to investigate this matter. More
We contacted Hanna Imports by phone as they are 3 hours away from us. They agreed to hold the 2023 Kona EV SEL we were interested in for us. Every interaction we had--beginning with Layla, the scheduler away from us. They agreed to hold the 2023 Kona EV SEL we were interested in for us. Every interaction we had--beginning with Layla, the scheduler we spoke with on the phone, then Tony Steed, who worked with us to decide this was the car for us, and, finally, DeAndre Price who walked us through the financing--was considerate and positive. Based on our experience, this was definitely worth the 6-hour round trip, and we can recommend Hanna Imports to anyone looking for a great deal on a used car! More

I did not use their financing, paid them in full with a check and received the WORST customer service one the check was in their hands. I asked about paint when I test drove the vehicle, I have their MANDATORY Hannah Advantage - yet still can’t get a great paint touch up, I told them I wanted to transfer my tags, I got pulled and told u was in a stolen vehicle, then it rained one day while I went to go have them “look at the paint” for a third time and my SUV’s truck was drenched with rain. Please see all messages and hopefully you will save yourself some trouble and money! Also, please keep in mind that you may actually end up purchasing a lemon from Hannah Imports. Trust me, once they have your money, your no longer their issue, customer service and communication is certainly NOT a priority for this dealership, However, if you must purchase a vehicle from Hannah MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT work with BAVLY Nashed. I was told by his own colleagues that he definitely was not honest me and only 1 out of the four apologized so to that 1 person thank you. Hannah Imports is beyond the worst experience I’ve ever had with any dealership because it wasn’t just 1 person that was an issue or told lies, there were multiple people and a strong lack of integrity amongst that dealership The worst dealership ever. 6 months into having my car and I’ve been doing NOTHING but putting money into fixing every issue. **Edit** 1/31/25- I received a response asking how to rectify the situation. I responded and still have had no response. I also never received a reach out about the "replacement vehicle" mentioned in Han rectify the situation. I responded and still have had no response. I also never received a reach out about the "replacement vehicle" mentioned in Hanna's response to this review. Just another run around. Thursday January 23, 2025 I was texting back and fourth with staff whom responded to my inquiry about a 2021 Ford Expedition. I was told the process and set a date to come in and test drive and potentially purchase the vehicle. I was told on text that the morning of my appointment, I would receive a text confirmation of my reservation and that the vehicle would be reserved for me. I got the confirmation text Saturday January 25 confirming my reservation. I replied confirming and then asked if the vehicle was available. Staff replied it was. I live in Virginia and made it known that it was a 3 hour drive for me to get to the dealership in Raleigh. I arrived before my reserved appointment and updated staff. My husband and I walked in at 3:30 pm and was greeted by my sales rep. He immediately said, "sorry the vehicle just sold" and pointed to the family currently in the dealership and claimed they were the purchasers. My jaw dropped. I was told the car was being reserved for me. The rep said he found out at 2pm but would see if there was anything else you could get me in. I was very reluctant to even stay in the dealership at that point but I heard him out and you had a 2022 Ford Expedition that was $10k more expensive and my husband and I test drove it as the rep said they would make this right. Apparently making it right was limited to knocking off only $1,500.00 and getting me close to my desired payment. I was upset regardless because I came in there approved and everything for the 2021 Expedition and had driven 3 hours to get it. We were then told you were trying to work with the bank to do a rate shave and gave me a business card and said "I don't want to keep you in limbo, so I will contact you on Monday with an update, and I will even deliver the vehicle myself". I had a feeling that was your way of pushing us out the door with false hope. But I had faith that your company stood by their word and would make things right. I stewed all weekend thinking about this and just felt I was going to be "stood up". Here it is Monday, end of my work day and I have not received one single word from you. I reached out this morning on the text thread that contained a text from you after I left the dealership. I received zero response. I am purely heartbroken to have been treated like this. You lied to a customer about holding a vehicle for my scheduled appointment. You failed to "make it right". You did not care that a paying customer drove 3 hours to reach your dealership. You failed at customer service. I truly have never been treated so dismissive by a company before, especially since you lied to me and did nothing to make anything right. To this day 1/29/2025, I have not received any acknowledgment of my experience, although they are persistently chain email me asking for reviews! Well you got it!!! More
From the very first interaction - rude and condescending comments with Savannah to them wanting to charge $998 for a service protection plan ( LoJack). I’m grateful I walked away. I understand they’re a lar comments with Savannah to them wanting to charge $998 for a service protection plan ( LoJack). I’m grateful I walked away. I understand they’re a larger dealership and move 300 + units a month but for them to lose a customer ( I was in the market for two vehicles) that already had the financing established before walking in there, the exact car picked out, and simply not wanting to be forced into purchasing a “service plan” I did not want or need. I literally told them I would pay full price, all taxes, doc fees, and registration. It’s worth stating that because I was not some type of low balling customer that wanted thousands of dollars off the price. I typically don’t leave reviews, but this one was warranted. Very rude from the beginning and they force you to pay for packages you do not need. It’s a way for them to make more money and they don’t care. More

I am concerned that this car dealership is still in operation with all of the negative reviews. They will respond that everything is legal, but certainly they are morally bankrupt. Beware of the $1,49 operation with all of the negative reviews. They will respond that everything is legal, but certainly they are morally bankrupt. Beware of the $1,499 fee, that they add to the contract, disguising it as vehicle, locator device, paint protection, etc. It is laughable of how they make a standard bogus response to those customer complaints. AVOID This Dealer!! JC More
