Prior experience good. This one not good. I was informed that my towed in 2006 Ford Expedition required a replacement battery cable harness. Originally I was told the price for the part would be $280. After questioning it was ultimately reduced to $200, which I paid. My invoice reflects Ford part number 6L1Z14300AA. FordPartWorld.com offers the same cable assembly (Part number 5L1Z-14300AA) for $54.34. Presumably the dealership does not pay retail prices to Ford for parts, and thus a parts mark up likely exceeding 300% does not incline me to do more business with this dealership. I was essentially a "captive" customer by reason of my vehicle's condition when towed in, and thus not free to simply go elsewhere - or I would have. I will say that my service representative, Shawn, seemed to do his best, within management constraints, to deal with my concerns and complaints. More

I found the same oil change Jones Ford service department charged me 100.73 is priced at 65 dollars at Jones Ford Quick Lube a mile up the road. I do not mean to stir things up but let’s be fair and let’s be honest! I will return to do business with Jones Ford because they listened and made things right. Thank you Matt and David and Brian I don’t know who the guy at the front desk is that sits by Matt but he needed some happy pills, I don’t think he found my complaint worthy of listening too, he told me I will get further ahead with Matt with this issue. Any future business at Jones Ford will not involve this gentleman. I’m not the one who’s wrong here folks, I expect what’s promised when I arrive for the service. Thanks for hearing me out and making things right guys. I gave you 5 stars but I can’t recommend your oil change services due to the reduced cost right up the road at your very own Quick Lube business. More

LIES ....Dishonest Salesman Did my credit app over the phone i didnt want to drive 50 miles to get denied ..I spoke to Carlos on the phone and he called me back and assured me i Did my credit app over the phone i didnt want to drive 50 miles to get denied ..I spoke to Carlos on the phone and he called me back and assured me i was getting approved and to come on down ,Well needless to say after driving 50 miles to there dealership i was introduced to Sean he seemed to be more helpful than Carlos ..Anyways i get there and test drive the car i was supposedly approved for and then went inside to find out my 500 dollar down payment went all the way up to 6500 dollar down payment ,so if you plan on going to this dealership ask for Sean or anyone else except Carlos he has no idea whats going on More
Went shopping for a car - had very negative experience I took a family member shopping for a Ford vehicle. My husband and I are Ford retirees and have purchased NOTHING but Ford vehicles for the last I took a family member shopping for a Ford vehicle. My husband and I are Ford retirees and have purchased NOTHING but Ford vehicles for the last 30 years. We have also enabled our friends and family to enjoy the Ford experience. Our negative shopping experience at Jones Ford Wickenburg was a result of a verbal altercation with the account manager, Aaron, and the way he applied for our financing. I do not know what he did but we have gotten rejection letters from at least 15 lending institutions. Mind you, we went on to purchase a new vehicle at Sanderson Ford and had it Ford Credit financed and out the door within 3 hours. Thank you Sanderson Ford. Our sales person was Brian Fitzpatrick and he was a refreshing change after our Jones Ford experience with Aaron. More
