Stole my 2,000 deposit Put a 2,000 deposit down to hold a rv. Wired money from two accounts, on account got held up for a day. Had already bought a ticket to fly out to pic Put a 2,000 deposit down to hold a rv. Wired money from two accounts, on account got held up for a day. Had already bought a ticket to fly out to pick up. They would not let me put the amount that was held up for just an extra 24 hours on a credit card until money cleared. So I pulled the plug on the deal and the refused to give me my deposit back. Every minute of my experience was at best poor on every level from sales, finance to honestly. Look elsewhere. More

Great professional experience, no pressure Park your RV, hook up, meet your friendly salesperson, get a golf cart, tour acres of grouped campers/rv's at your leisure without pressure and have y Park your RV, hook up, meet your friendly salesperson, get a golf cart, tour acres of grouped campers/rv's at your leisure without pressure and have your questions answered with guided tours of rv's of interest. JD was focused on meeting our needs in suggesting rv's and was readily available by phone/text and checked on us as needed. Price reductions off MSRP were exceptional; with this reduction, trade-in allowances are much tighter, but without any high pressure sales. After the sale, staff in finance, customer service, and service were all very friendly, accommodating, frequently checked on and filled our needs. I will definitely look at MHSRV again my next purchase. More
Warranty issues brought this motorhome in March 2017 from Motor home specialist in Alvarado Texas, Over a period of about three months I noticed the front suspension brought this motorhome in March 2017 from Motor home specialist in Alvarado Texas, Over a period of about three months I noticed the front suspension felt like it had no shocks at all while driving down the highway. It was so bad that it loosened up the moulding on the dash board. I took the motor home to Fleetwood to have some things repaired and complain about the front end airbags seem to not be inflating all the way, and the front tires were hitting the wheel well this was on 1 August 2017, they had the motor home for three weeks . On 24 August 2017 they referred me to freight liner PREMIER TRUCK GROUP of Dallas there they adjusted the front leveling valve and adjusted the ride to where the front of the Rv is level, they also repaired some air leaks in the system. When I went to them about the cracked wheel wells they said they would not cover it because it was the coach that caused the problem so I went back to Fleetwood and they refused to repair they said it was a freight liner problem. This is a total breach of Warranty. I find it hard to believe that freight liner would put their product in a Fleetwood motorhome and not cover any damage that it caused. When I called Fleetwood customer care they have the same answer for me not their problem. I have tried calling Motor Home Specialist General Manager left a message nobody seems to want to get back with me on this issue, I am looking for some assistance with this problem looks like I picked the wrong company to do business with, Tis is what you get when you buy the supposedly best warranty Fleetwood sells, My mistake. When you read the service performed invoice somebody is responsible for the damage. What do I need to do both parties don’t want to talk with each other. I would like some help in this matter or I will have to take other actions. More

S We bought a motorhome had a great salesman Stavan. Was worried about bad reviews called the general manager and even return my call in the same day. Stay the night found a few things wrong with the motorhome. They were minor things and we're fixed immediately. This is our third motorhome to buy from them never had any problems with the service department. Will write another review if we have to use the service department this time More
Not sure where these great reviews come from??? I don't care what this dealership claims nor what any of these positive reviews say. This place is by far the worst RV dealership I've ever had the di I don't care what this dealership claims nor what any of these positive reviews say. This place is by far the worst RV dealership I've ever had the displeasure of working with. They never, and I literally mean never, call you back. I've had to call them every time to get anywhere with anyone. Try and complain to the "managers" and all you'll get is a phone call from the lousy sales staff. they don't care about you as a single customer because they're too busy being "the worlds largest". They are the worlds largest alright...the worlds largest waste of time. More
SHOP HERE FIRST / MHSRV / BEST PRICE / SALES EXPERIENCE From the time we first set foot on their huge complex to driving off in our new RV a few weeks later they were nothing but professional, helpful, frie From the time we first set foot on their huge complex to driving off in our new RV a few weeks later they were nothing but professional, helpful, friendly and enjoyable to work with during what could be a stressful time for such a large purchase. Justin Nasiff (sales) was very patient during our first visit as I asked to return a time or two to see coaches we had already walked through. Then, after we returned home and I reached out several times Justin was always responsive and helpful. We did our financing outside of MHSRV which was probably a mistake. (We went with Good Sam Finance / Bank of The West / Jim Pena and that was horrible... we almost didn't close on time due to Jim.... that review is for a different day... but, stay away from them/him). The good news regarding our financing is Mark Henry (finance/paperwork) was VERY helpful. In fact it was him that reach out to me to tell me the news that Good Sam had told HIM they weren't going to fund on time... they never did.... Anyway... Mark offered a solution and was willing to work late and walk my paperwork through if I didn't get Good Sam to fix their error. Thank you Mark. On closing day, our walk through of the new coach was with Collin. Very helpful and fixed a couple small items on the spot. Collin is very knowledgeable about the coaches and would probably do well in sales with his great attitude to match his level of expertise. Also, our trade-in inspection went very well and smooth. (If you didn't know they can give you trade value without ever seeing your coach. You fill out an online form, which is very lengthy and specific. But... that is for a reason.... so they can give you numbers before you have to drive it over there.... ) I was honest on the form so there were no "adjustments" on our trade value after the inspection. They also allow you to park your trade right next to your new coach to move all your stuff over. They even allow you to spend the night right there in their on-property RV park. This is our second RV.... the only regret is we didn't buy our first one at MHSRV. Don't you make that mistake.... if you are not at least giving these folks a chance you are missing out. I'm a "research" guy and I'm here to tell you MHSRV has the best prices. You may think they do the old "add-on this/that, fee, etc" at closing but they don't. They aren't like "the other guys". Thank you Justin, Mark and Collin for making Gina and I's RV shopping experience so easy and relaxed. More
Beware claims of #1 Beware of a dealer who claims to be #1. I actually got a better price and more cooperation from management from a smaller dealer. I sensed a take-it Beware of a dealer who claims to be #1. I actually got a better price and more cooperation from management from a smaller dealer. I sensed a take-it-or-leave-it attitude from the management at MHS, although the salesman seemed very diligent. The smaller dealer had a lot more desire to work with me to make the sale happen. I don't think that MHS felt my sale was important, and I hope that this doesn't transfer to the service department. More
