Above and beyond Mike went above and beyond to contact my extra warranty company. My problem was the cigarette lighters in my car would not charge my phone or other de Mike went above and beyond to contact my extra warranty company. My problem was the cigarette lighters in my car would not charge my phone or other device. Although my extended warranty didn't cover that particular problem Mike did. He double-checked both of the cigarette lighter ports changed my fuses and showed me where the fuses were and which fuses needed to be replaced should they blow out again. Then he made a suggestion to try a different kind of cigarette lighter port. One with not so many of the ports in the unit itself.
