He wanted a vehicle that had utility but not too big. The Tuscon was perfect. The time we spent there was long enough to get the info we needed without having to spend the day there. We were there about three hours from start to finish. I would highly recommend Southern States Hyndai. No complaints here. More

Mostly a good experience The sales team and sales manager were good - they found the exact car I wanted in another state and got it here in 2 days, and I'm satisfied with the The sales team and sales manager were good - they found the exact car I wanted in another state and got it here in 2 days, and I'm satisfied with the price and trade-in we settled on. After taking delivery, the car had two minor problems that needed to be fixed, but it was nearly impossible to get a person from service on the phone when I called the dealership (like 6 times) and messages to the general voicemail were not returned. Finally I just drove it in to the service dept and they did take care of the issues. This might hopefully be a temporary problem because the service manager said the phone system is undergoing upgrades. The business office (where you sign papers for purchase and financing) was a negative experience with what seemed to be contradictory information about Hyundai warranty vs extended warranty for additional cost, and other annoyances. But the car itself is great, and on the whole the experience wasn't bad. More
