Im not a person that just writes a poor review just to see words in print. I have purchased 3 or 4 vehicles from these guys and had good experiences with each. But then came this purchase. Everything went see words in print. I have purchased 3 or 4 vehicles from these guys and had good experiences with each. But then came this purchase. Everything went according to plan until we got down to the actual delivery of the vehicle. I received an email from VROOM stating that my vehicle would be delivered on 6/24 and that I would receive a call from the driver with a delivery window. NEVER HAPPENED. I called VROOM 2 times yesterday and was told the same thing again, "the driver will call you". CRICKETS. Same conversation this morning. CRICKETS. I was supposed to be leaving on vacation this morning but Im stuck waiting on this vehicle. Yeah Im pissed. And dont forget Ive already paid them $50K for the vehicle 10 business days ago!! I did have the opportunity to STAY ON HOLD for customer service for 40 minutes this morning without anyone answering. On well enough said, I will take my future vehicle purchases elsewhere. More

They asked for a refundable $500 deposit to hold a car. They said if we decided we didn’t want it, they would refund it back with 3-5 business days. That was a month ago and no one will return our calls to get the refund. I do not trust these people any longer. They used to be superb, since vroom has been involved, their whole system has changed. Buyer beware!! What ever you do, don’t ask them to hold you a car. You won’t get your money back. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I’m waiting to hear from them. More
