This has been the most frustrating process I have gone through in regards to vehicle buying. I was sold a vehicle that did not go through an inspection prior to being sold. The vehicle had less than 2mm o through in regards to vehicle buying. I was sold a vehicle that did not go through an inspection prior to being sold. The vehicle had less than 2mm on brakes on it. With that issue caused the rotors to desperately need replaced. On top of this the throttle on the vehicle was broken. This caused the truck to break down and have me on the side of the road the day after I purchased it. I notified Texas Direct Auto, as well as VROOM, in regards to these issues. They have done NOTHING in regards to this. Every time I call I am assured the person is doing everything they can on their end, and nothing is ever accomplished. What is happening here is criminal. I have a case open with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. I will update this review if any resolution is made. Until then I will be out my down payment, a deduction of my credit score, and a piece of my driveway being blocked by a truck that is not safe. More

Drove 2 hours to the dealership, sat there for 7 and left with no car. I got there around noon. After talking to my sales guy, Craig Galvin (who was great), he told me to go get something to eat and come bac with no car. I got there around noon. So, I did just that. After talking about the numbers even more and getting together more information that they requested and waiting around...I was told at 6:50pm that the car had been sold around 5:45pm. Yes, you read that right. How? I’ll never understand. I’ve spent all day today trying to get answers as to what in the world happened. You call their number and you get in touch with Vroom customer service who can’t connect you to the actual dealership. I’ve spent a total of an hour on hold today and told the whole story over and over. I’ve left a voicemail for Ron, who told one of the CSR’s, that I had spoken with him before I left...which was a lie. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Waste of your time! More
