Moises our salesman was very helpful and efficient starting with the application proces all the way to the very end when we signed. fast, easy, hassle free car purchase!! new way of buying this is the 3rd vehicle i purchase at TDA and i will probably be back soon. i like the selection and the hassle free pricing. you also get to test dri this is the 3rd vehicle i purchase at TDA and i will probably be back soon. i like the selection and the hassle free pricing. you also get to test drive the car for 1 hour without any salesman trying to convince you this is the vehicle for you. however, if you think your going to get the "full dealer" experience think again. you can't expect your sales contact to know everything about the over 1,000 cars they have available. this is the new way to purchase a vehicle so do you own research online and use the 30 minute test drive to make a good decision. you can test drive several cars if you want. there is no real pressure to buy. however, be careful....they move alot of cars locally and online to other states so it may not be there the next day or that same afternoon. once you make your choice the finance process is pretty straight forward. twice they have offered me a lower interest rate than what i have been pre approved for online. they offer you extended warranty as all dealers do and it's up to you to decide if peace of mind is worth it. i've bought it once and have declined it twice with no pressure from them. the cars are clean and inspected very well. like all dealers they are not perfect and when i had a issue with my vehicle they made it right after a few calls. bottom line i would recommend highly. Absolutely BLOWN AWAY! Shortly after purchasing my car multiple issues were found with it that were in existence prior to purchase. I brought it to the attention of my salesman Thomas Lartey and Texas Direct/Vroom and they corrected everything in a very efficient manner. I am completely blown away with their service and will recommend them to anyone willing to listen!!! This will be the first place I go ANY time I need to buy a pre-owned car. More

NIGHTMARE I purchased a 2019 Mercedes convertible with 16,133 miles. The price was Great. Unfortunately, I did not finance it or I could have stopped everyt I purchased a 2019 Mercedes convertible with 16,133 miles. The price was Great. Unfortunately, I did not finance it or I could have stopped everything. I did a wire transfer which left me at their mercy for a refund. The car was delivered on a large car carrier to Walmart parking lot at 10 pm on a Friday night. Could NOT see anything. Vroom said NOT to worry, I had 7 days or 250 miles to return the car. Sounds Good.... You are signing accepting delivery of something you can NOT see. The driver backed the car off the truck. I get in and back up to FLOP FLOP, FLOP??? What is this?? Driver said, "Just go over to the gas station in Walmart parking lot and fill the tire with air. Tire did NOT HOLD AIR!!! Call Vroom. Someone will get in touch with you tomorrow (Saturday) morning). NO CALL! Kept calling. Finally explain the situation. The car is in Walmart parking lot where they delivered it with a flat tire. NO SPARE! In daylight the paint chips on the front of the car are now visible. Had this car been delivered in daylight, there is NO WAY I WOULD HAVE ACCEPTED IT!! Now the game begins. I say "I WANT MY MONEY BACK". Well, after a week of calling the car was still sitting in the parking. Continually calling to ask WHEN will you pick the car up and return my money? ANSWER: We will have to look for someone to pick up the car, then it will have to be brought back to Texas and then we will have to have it inspected to be sure there had been no damage to the car! By the way, the $499.00 delivery fee in none refundable. So now they have my money and I have a car that is not drivable and they have NO idea how long it will take to pick the car up and return my money. After the seven days of trying my best, I gave up. I had the car towed to a tire shop and the front right tire had a hole in the side of the tire. Vroom DID pay to replace the tire. Big deal. I took the car to the Mercedes dealer and had it checked out. There several other problems which were covered by the warranty. The moral of this story is: If you are willing to put up with a complete nightmare. Buy from Vroom. IF? You just want to buy a car from honest, reputable company, stay away from this company. I was told when purchasing the vehicle that is went through rigid inspection before it could be loaded onto a truck for delivery. This car had to have the flat tire when loaded and the driver definitely Knew it was flat when he backed it off the truck. BUYER BEWARE More
