Texas Auto Direct or Vroom online is the worst company i have ever dealt with in any industry. EVER. I went to trade a car. I was told the car would be traded. Their salesman instead stole the trade. It was recovered in Euless TX June 13th. They are crooks. My car I was approved for is 42,000 I’ve paid on time for 4 months and my balance is STILL $42,000. I can’t trade it because the car is worth $19,000….AND I MADE A DOWN PAYMENT!!! They are unprosecuted robbers!! More
