My experience started out frustrating with first salesperson however when I switched to Brad things went smooth. He followed up in a timely manner and was very responsive to all my questions. My only complaint is the time it took to process all the paperwork due to the antiquated equipment used to complete the paperwork. There needs to be a serious update in the equipment used to process the sale. More
