This dealership has it all. Every 2-3 years I get a car that I want, Albert Arroyo in finance has his department process & procedures down to a T, he is fantastic. The sales floor was exceptionally clean, and everyone was welcoming. Preparing the car, transferring the title, and organizing paperwork was right on the money! I took ferry across the Long Island Sound, Uber and then 20 min to dealership. From the moment I got onsite, it literally took 40 min and out the door. Total turnaround time from Long Island-Conn and back home 5 hrs. Thank you, Lou Calabrese, Albert Arroyo and J&M Automotive Team! More
My fiance and I have been looking for a newer vehicle to replace his Chevy Silverado. After a full search of all vehicles in the area, we settled at J&M Automotive. We bought a 2019 Chevy Silverado. Tom Tra replace his Chevy Silverado. After a full search of all vehicles in the area, we settled at J&M Automotive. We bought a 2019 Chevy Silverado. Tom Tramazzo was wonderful showing us 3 trucks before we agreed on the 2019 Silverado. The experience was fantastic. He ran around the lot and to the other one in order to allow us to sufficiently make the decision on which truck was best for us and ours needs. I was very pleased with the sales and service at J&M Automotive. I would buy again. More

I would never recommend anyone to go to J& M. All the bad jokes that you hear about used car salesmen are true....especially the salesmen at J& M. "wheeler and dealers." My story: I worked with LOU ( salesman ) His business card with his handwritten ..... Out The Door Price of 37,800 ....on a truck that I wanted to purchase. It was a cash sale...little to no documentation was required. When I received the official invoice for the truck by BRAD ( manager) my "Out the Door "had changed from 37,800. to 38,514.31 I was billed... $598 for document fee.... NEVER DISCUSSED UP FRONT AND TRANSPARENT. When I brought up the difference, Brad claimed that Lou had made a "SIMPLE MISTAKE"..... off by 714.31 They refused to honor their original salesman written quote . After three days of being dissatisfied with their lack of integrity, I went to the owner ( MIKE) Dont waste your time. He is above responding to customer emails with the facts I documented Tells you how seriously he takes customers service. Lack of accountability starts at the top. Brad said that he had to "pull his pants down" in order to give me the final price he did. Really? Must be very little holding up his pants .... My final invoice was 37,982.56....still not matching the original price given to me. BOTTOM LINE: J& M refused to sell the auto at the salesman's quote This is bad business The only saving grace was Steve, the salesman who finalized my payment. He was polite, courteous and responsible. Despite any spin or false tale they will tell you....it is my suggestion you do your own due diligence if you want to due business there Remember: "Pulling the pants down" is synonymous with the oldest profession in the history of the world.
