We appreciate your business! But let’s get the facts correct. Lou the salesman made a human error on the numbers, Brad the manager reached directly out via email and phone call to attempt to make good by the mistake and to ensure you were satisfied. You refused to call and speak on the phone as a human being should. You kept writing threatening emails… with bold print and colored font. Professionals speak on the phone. You told Lou prior to sale you ripped off a previous dealer and was proud of it. We wanted to make sure this did not happen to us, thus the reason Brad wanted to speak directly to you on the phone. We traditionally do not discount cars, but because of the mistake we did indeed come down on pricing to match the deal Lou had spoken about. The only difference was the registration fees, which a dealer has no control of, the State of CT handles that. At no point was there any mis treatment just an honest human error, that we made right. We hope you enjoy the truck!

My Reply to the above comments I placed reviews on several sites... all of which had some negative reviews. I was not the only one. ----------------------------------------------- J&M "We appreciate your business! But let’s get the facts correct. " --------------------------------------------------------------- MY REPLY I was unaware that J&M has divine authority as to require human beings to "speak on the phone" As Lou place his quote in writing, I placed my reply in writing. BOTTOM LINE..... J&M did not honor his out the door quote and J& R tried to bill me an additional $700 plus.Documents dont lie. I would like to suggest that you provide... on line... a copy of Lou's emails and the final quote so that reviewers can decide for themselves. Written documents/ emails are legal tender... They make clear the difference between truth and "you said -he said". -------------------------------------------------- J&M 'You kept writing threatening emails… with bold print and colored font." MY REPLY There was nothing threatening about my emails. They simply stated the facts in chronological order. My present vehicle was purchased 15 years ago with a dealer who sold me this car plus trade in with a balance of 5,000..... paid in full The next day after I had already paid and removed the car, the dealership called and said that the salesman made a mistake and I owed $10,000 more Really? It is amazing how used car dealers believe that their own lack of training or sales incompetence is the responsibility of the customer ---------------------------------------------------------- J&M Brad wanted to speak directly to you on the phone.
