Easy and stress free experience Ray and his wife Lori were a pleasure to work with. Even though it was so cold out they went over aboveboard for me. He patiently answered all of our questions and at no point did he use any high-pressure sales tactics that you find at other dealers. Rich ensured that the list of safety and cosmetic items we identified for the vehicle were corrected when we came back to pick up the vehicle, and he was very helpful coordinating the loan paperwork with our bank.
