Extra details from our side: The Vehicle did not end up qualifying for clear financing due to the 178,000 miles on it. We cancelled the sale and refunded the deposit. The van sold quickly after. We care very much about all of our customers new and existing. There was nothing we could say or do to change the situation. This was a very rare occurrence. We are very sorry things unfolded the way they did for both parties. We would have loved to sell these very nice customers their 2nd car from us.

We offered cash for the vehicle. That should have been taken into consideration, and acted on, as soon as the finance fell through.

We apologize for any negative experience. You were offered GAP insurance that you agreed and signed for that you then wanted. The change at delivery was partly to blame for your extended delivery time. We cancelled the next day when you changed your mind. We addressed every concern you had in a timely manner. The unforeseen repair that was needed was also handled in a professional manner. We put a lot of effort into our customers long term satisfaction.
