Extremely dissatisfied with the service we received from the sales man, manager, and owner. We put a deposit on a van, offered cash, and they sold it anyways for a higher price because they low balled us. T the sales man, manager, and owner. The next day the van was posted for $13000 on their website and they told us to pick a different vehicle. We tried moving forward with the original vehicle and they gave us a run around for the next 4 days until the vehicle was sold. After sharing our experience with others we quickly found out that many people have had motor issues that "were not covered under the bumper to bumper warranty" I do not recommend this dealership. I have decided to update my review... What I thought was honest and fair when purchasing my vehicle was not reality. Please be aware of what you are agreeing to sign when you sit down to take delivery!! Esp honest and fair when purchasing my vehicle was not reality. Please be aware of what you are agreeing to sign when you sit down to take delivery!! Especially any "GAP warranties" that you did not agree to purchase before sitting down to sign your contract with the F&I person. I drove my vehicle for less than a week & less than 400 miles before the PTU in the transfer case blew up. Luckily I purchased the Extended Warranty from Alpha that they recommended. The dealer, without talking to me first, went ahead on their own and put a claim through my warranty company to cover the repair. I understand that on my Bill of Sale it is stated that they only cover total failure of the engine or transmission because my vehicle is a 2013. I did not have to pay the warranty deductible, but I feel that it was bad business to do this without any communication to me. I only had the vehicle a week before having to have it towed back to them. When taking delivery of the vehicle I was left sitting there for 1 1/2 hours after the agreed upon delivery time. When I was going to leave the dealership my sales person noticed the vehicle had less that 1/4 tank of gas in it. My Salesman nice enough to go put gas in it for me. My husband saw that the rear rotors were rotted with rust & they just put new pads on it left the rotors to chew up the pads (they agreed to replace the rotors while it was there for the PTU repair). I went to this dealership cause I heard they had a great reputation, not the situation I found myself in when dealing with them unfortunately. I will not be going back to this dealership again. More
