Where do I begin... from the cordial and organized front staff that I spoke with.... to the simply effortless visits. Brad had me at hello with his friendly demeanor, his personable ways and most of all his HONESTY. On my first visit to test drive the vehicle I had only been there for 30 minutes, while in that time I was able to test drive the vehicle, go over some of the things that I was concerned with and also sign the papers to purchase the vehicle. In the busy world that we live in, people do not enjoy wasted time and I am overly thankful that Brad was so courteous of my time. You will not find this anywhere else as I have visited numerous dealerships that will have you there for hours with no outcome. I had not imagined that my second visit could have surpassed my first visit, Brad and Jeff delivered all of the things that I had been concerned with as far as small scratches, minor wear that I had disliked and new tires... they went above and beyond to make me happy...Not to mention the fact that my entire process was less than 1 hour total from my first visit to my bon voyage. OMG I'VE NEVER 2 weeks ago me and my partner went 20 dealers from greenwich to Ansonia. Then remembered 3 of our friends told us about j&m So off we went ...looked 2 weeks ago me and my partner went 20 dealers from greenwich to Ansonia. Then remembered 3 of our friends told us about j&m So off we went ...looked around their lot and no one came out, thought it was Strang after seeing what we liked went into the office where we were greater with open arms. A salesman name vinny asked if he could help use...make a long story short that weekend we bought a acura beautiful condition ..the next weekend went back to vinny and purchased another acura..2 cars in a week should tell all..loved the staff very warm and inviting. In this purchase, Sue was my sales rep and she handled all of my questions and concerns on buying a used vehicle in the State of CT. I found her most helpful in helping me secure all the items needed to drive the car off the lot. In the future, should I need another used automobile I will not hesitate to use J&M. I can see, since my first auto purchase here, they have grown and more than doubled in size so I assume they are treating other customers just as they treated me. More
