He's no BS and extremely helpful. The application process was a breeze and the financing took no time at all. I was stunned at how quickly, efficiently, and painless the process was. Most people loathe buying cars because it's such a procedure and production that takes 4 hours, usually ending in tears. Well, of the three cars I've purchased from different states and different dealers- this was by far the most pleasant experience. Dare I say we had a little fun? Buying a car is a huge purchase, and they have an amazing inventory of stuff you may not have even considered before. My car is clean, in great shape, and for a fair price. Also Danielle at the desk is lovely and can help answer any questions you have- which is a breath of fresh air! I look forward to buying another car from you guys soon (but not too soon!) More

Easy expierence J&M was great they had the car out waiting later in the evening and left it running for a test drive. Ray didn't hound us just hung around and allowed J&M was great they had the car out waiting later in the evening and left it running for a test drive. Ray didn't hound us just hung around and allowed us to look at the car, talk to each other and get a feel for it. The test drive was smooth and again Ray answered my questions and left the opinion up to me about the car. Once we returned he ran the numbers and gave us approximate options. Steve did all the bank work the following day and called us back with what he was able to get. The deal was quick and easy. We signed and drove away Saturday morning! Thanks More

Found the right one My experience at J and M was great this is my second go around in one month due to mother nature. Both times Ray was a big help. Excellent Used Car Purchase Experience I searched for months for a used true 4WD that I could depend on in inclement weather and also could drive in the sand on the beach. I came across a I searched for months for a used true 4WD that I could depend on in inclement weather and also could drive in the sand on the beach. I came across a used GMC Envoy on the J&M Automotive website that had just been posted and did not yet have any available pictures. I called the dealership and Brad Baumhor personally took some pictures and e-mailed them to me. Once I saw the condition of the SUV, I immediately went to the dealership to take a look and test drive it. I ended up putting a down payment on it that day based on the price and condition of the SUV. I ended up working on the sale with Steve Magura who is as pleasant as can be and tells it like it is, no sugar coating, and not pushy like most car dealers can be. I provided a list of items, mostly cosmetic since the SUV was in great mechanical condition, that I wanted J&M Automotive to attend to before I came back to final purchase the SUV. They took care of all of them and even more. The SUV looked great when I picked it up and I am completely happy with the purchase and know that I got a great price on it. I live in RI and made the trip to Naugatuck, CT, for this purchase and it was well worth it. More
