Very friendly and accommodating, no pressure sales I went to another dealership right before visiting J&M and they tried to pressure me into buying a car over my budget that I really didn't want. Steve I went to another dealership right before visiting J&M and they tried to pressure me into buying a car over my budget that I really didn't want. Steve M at J&M was totally different, showing me cars within my budget and giving me time to discuss it alone with my husband with no pressure to buy. He also went out of his way to help me try to make the car a surprise Christmas gift for my mother, helping me on his day off and running a million different scenarios with me. Definitely a great experience at this dealership. I would recommend to family and friends. More

This isn't a place where the salesmen tell you whatever you want to hear just so you buy a car. Steve was not pushy at all and extremely pleasant to work with. Let's just say I bought the car the very next day!! This place rocks and Steve is absolutely awesome! He even made all the paperwork a simple task by preparing everything perfect for the signing process and trade in paperwork. 5 stars for sure!
