All the staff were inviting, helpful and a pleasure to work with, but in my opinion, Ray Demers was friendly and solicitous, like all excellent salespeople. Where Ray really stood out was that he quickly anticipated our personal automotive needs and priorities and took us to the best selections based upon those needs and our desires. We had our car picked out inside two hours - thanks to Ray's professional and nuanced salesmanship. Great job by him and by general manager Ken who streamlined the financing and warranty process for us.
