Pain free experience I was searching for a Toyota Land Cruiser and there were 3 in CT within 100 miles. J & M was my first and last stop. After dealing with Brad and the I was searching for a Toyota Land Cruiser and there were 3 in CT within 100 miles. J & M was my first and last stop. After dealing with Brad and the rest of the team I purchased the Land Cruiser. They performed a safety check and replaced some minor mechanical issues before I could take the Cruiser home. My experience was great, very easy and the ladies that work in the office even watched and played with my 18 month old while I did all the paperwork. I would buy another car or truck from Brad and recommend J & M to my friends and family. More

Paul Granahan was my sales person and he made me feel very comfortable right away. I inspected the car I was interested in and Paul and I went for a test drive. He gave me a rundown of the features and specifics of the car. In discussing the price of the car and what I wanted to pay, Paul immediately did what he could to meet my needs. Financing was so easy it surprised me. We came to terms that same day and set a day for me to pickup the car. On the day I picked up the car Steve Groppi took care of all the paper work and he was great. The car buying experience was the easiest I have ever had. More
