There should be an option for 0 stars. This has been the worst experience purchasing a vehicle I've ever had. It broke down 3 times on the way to MI (where I live); in NY, PA, and OH. The "full inspection" worst experience purchasing a vehicle I've ever had. It broke down 3 times on the way to MI (where I live); in NY, PA, and OH. The "full inspection" they claim to perform somehow missed that it needed a new battery, alternator, radiator hoses, and leaking A/C lines and rear evaporator. The "excellent" body condition I was told it had was a lie, there are several gouges and scratches covered in nail polish! The rear sensor is falling out, the passenger door will not latch properly, automatic high beams do not work, and the ignition button was left in the cup holder for me. Every day seems to bring a new issue, and I have yet to drive the vehicle for a month. The management/owner will not return any calls after repeated attempts, and I've been informed by the service employee that they will not help in any way. I strongly recommend NOT purchasing a vehicle through this dealership. They do not stand behind their vehicles, nor ensure that the vehicles they are selling are safe to drive. With 3 breakdowns within the first few hundred miles, all in very unsafe situations on the highway, I am terrified to drive my children in this vehicle. I am out over $4,000 already within the first month, and can only imagine what next month will bring. Even though the issue of the A/C not working was told to the dealership on every subsequent breakdown, they refuse to pay for the repair. Buyer beware, there are likely many hidden malfunctions once you drive off of the lot! More
