Easy Breezy! I literally was in and out! Rich worked with me on the vehicle that I wanted, I completed the credit app online and picked out my car, Rich had it all I literally was in and out! J&M Auto stands behind their cars with excellent service! Bought a pre-owned VW Tiguan from J&M back in March of this year. Very nice car, but noticed I was losing coolant about a month into owning the car. I Bought a pre-owned VW Tiguan from J&M back in March of this year. Very nice car, but noticed I was losing coolant about a month into owning the car. I reported the problem to the dealership (J&M) and they asked me to bring the car in for evaluation. They diagnosed the problem as a bad water pump. They did the complete repair at 'no cost' to me (and repaired another problem as well) and had the car back to me in a couple of days. Fred and Sue were both tremendous to work with. Overall, a very reliable dealership to work with. Highly recommended! More
