2nd car in 2 months! I am in the car business as well, and wanted to find a nice car with lower miles for my wife. We got such a great deal and great service on her new Sentra, that I decided to come back a couple of months later and purchase my brand new Maxima! I've wanted the car since the new body style came out, but noticed that the McGavock location in Wichita did not have exactly what I was looking for. I called a dealership in KC that tried to appoint me the following day with a salesman who was off on the day that I called. That wasn't going to work for me, so I gave Patrick a call to see if he could find what I was looking for. He called me back in a matter of minutes to let me know he'd found one. (It took the place in KC 4 hours to call me back) I showed up, we drove a similar Maxima, and I of course loved it! We did all of the paperwork and had the one I wanted for me loaded up on a trailer and brought in the next day! Thanks again Patrick, you've been great both times! More

Great Experience I arrived at McGavock after having car trouble on my way from Texas to Kansas. The service department was great and got my car scheduled for diagnosis. In the meantime, since I had a very high mileage Altima, I talked to Cody Delzer about a slightly used Altima. They had exactly what I wanted on the lot, and we quickly came to a deal. The experience was great, Cody is very personable, very professional. He explained everything to me. Bill, the General Manager was also very nice and made sure my experience was good. I worked with Robin in Finance to close the deal. I would highly recommend McGavock Nissan, and be sure to ask for Cody!! More

He is new to the job but very customer oriented. He literally ran across the room several times to assist us the buying process. He guided us well through the process but did allow us to lead in things that were important to us. We were comfortable and very excited to work with Mr. McGAvock behind the decision desk. Sam was great, the sales manager was terrible. We were ready to buy a car from Sam at McGavock Nissan everything was going great until Don the Sales Manager got involved. Car buying has a bad reput We were ready to buy a car from Sam at McGavock Nissan everything was going great until Don the Sales Manager got involved. Car buying has a bad reputation because of his tactics. Just to get a contract sent to my bank for financing, he was requiring a $500 deposit that was not refundable. What if something fell through with my financing? I would loose my $500. Then the car I was buying was sold out from under me, by Don. But then I find out it wasnt sold, Don had done the same thing to someone else. He made them put down the $500 deposit which took it off the market. I was completely annoyed at this point. Im sorry Sam, you were great I wish I could have bought my car from you. you went above and beyond and werent pushy, just informative. I would recommend Sam, just ask for Bill to help out if needed. More
