Disappointed in Dealership...They Do Not Care Bought a brand new 2015 nissan altima July 2015. Have had a lot of problems with the passenger air bag. Had the car in for repair 4 times. They are now being rude to us and just want us to go away. Yeap....this dealership could care less. I am making sure everyone knows just how horrible we have been treated by this dealership. Upgraded Service Department I have been a Nissan customer for years. Davis-Moore never "impressed" me and the service department was hit or miss. Upon my arrival I was greeted by new faces and, better yet, a female. While the previous employees were cordial, I felt like they talked down to me because I am a woman. Ashley took great care of me and went above and beyond anything I have experienced at a car dealership, including getting her boss to ride with me and explain what was going on with my car. Adam used layman's terms and made sure all of my questions were answered and dropped me off at work. I am 'impressed" with the "new" service department. More
