We had a small issue with the brakes and it was resolved without a hitch. We also dealt with Seth who we found out is actually a neighbor of ours-small world! Also the Sales Manger Seth was very attentive to my needs, always responded back very prompt to my emails. When I picked up my Jeep, I dealt with Ken. He went over all the paperwork and financial matters. I had a minor issue with the vehicle before I left the lot, but Brad pulled the Jeep into the shop and took care of it. Thanks J&M for a great experience. Rich, Seth, Ken and Brad are all good guys. More

Good experience but CAUTION to buyer re "convenyance fee" I bought my car via internet and had to drive across country to return. I dealt 99% with Brad who was a good communicator and made me comfortable with making a purchase online. Not something I would thought I would ever consider. While this is not an excuse, I should point out that J&M picked me up from my hotel and took me to the dealership so I could sign papers and get out quickly to make my 4 day return trip. I was picked up almost 2 hours late. I was told there was traffic due to snow, but return trip showed no traffic (in fact it was light) either way. (maybe a stop for "A smoke and a pancake?") This put me in a stressed mood because I had allocated certain time to drive each day to make it back home in time for work and I left the dealer around 1 pm when I had planned to leave by 11. My error was I didn't review the Purchase Order and I want to CAUTION any buyer about a line item I missed. There is a line item of $598 for a conveyance fee which was stated during our discussion on the phone but never explained as negotiable. This is stated on the Order. The fee isn't really explained but is in bold font and states, "The fee is negotiable". I would caution everyone to question and negotiate this conveyance fee. It's in Bold Font and J&M will reply to me that they told me about it, but when you are buying a car, the process is not as familiar to the buyer as the seller. L and there is a lot to consider. This is a detail they want to slide and they did on me. Shame on me - MY WARNING TO YOU. That fee was about 7% of my sale. Note: J&M put a self advertising sticker on my car. I asked that it was removed (I don't put anything on my car). When I got home, my wife and I looked over the car in detail. Where the sticker had been was now a thin rectangular chip of paint. Very suspiciously looked exactly like a scratch from a razor blade. I'm very happy with the car itself and Brad was patient with the number of calls I made to him through the weeks. More
