They went above and beyond My son, Vinny had recommended J & M to me since he had just bought a Cadillac from Vinny over at the dealership. He told me how honest and easy they My son, Vinny had recommended J & M to me since he had just bought a Cadillac from Vinny over at the dealership. He told me how honest and easy they were to deal with. I went there and met Vinny and test drove a Cadillac and fell in love. At the time I was going to trade in my CRV, and Vinny was honest enough to tell me to sell it privately because they couldn’t give me much for it. He is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and most of all friendly, not the typical “pushy salesman” type. Then about a week later I went to pick up my car after they went through it with a fine-tooth comb. They put new brakes and a battery in it for me. Went to drive it home and it had a VERY slight vibration and a Stabiltrak light came on, talked to Vinny who was very apologetic and I drove it back the next day. Next came Fred from service. He felt so bad that I had problems so soon and he too apologized profusely. He started off replacing the shocks, struts, transfer case, bearings in front, all brakes and rotors, balance the driveshaft, axles, engine mount, something called a yaw sensor, timing cover , rear main seal, new tires (2 different sets), a bunch of other stuff I can’t even remember, it did not need all of that, they just replaced stuff as a process of elimination. The car was back and forth a couple times and they had the owner’s father actually drive me a loaner (an hour away!) and pick up my car and swap them back out when they were done. I mentioned there was the tiniest chip in the front window and with the snap of a finger Fred replaced the entire thing. Vinny felt so bad about all of this he made me a replacement key and the owner did something you will NEVER hear another dealer doing…THEY MADE MY FIRST CAR PAYMENT!!!!!!!!!!, who does that?!?!?!?!? I also casually made a comment about hearing slight air in my sunroof and they replaced that too. Fred was so understanding and a pleasure to work with. We were on a first name basis during all those repairs lol and he never once got annoyed no matter how many questions I asked, or how many times he had to have that car back. All this started with a light and a VERY slight vibration. After it was all repaired, I took it to my personal mechanic just for a check up and he could not believe how honest these guys are, he commented on all the new parts, which I hadn’t told him about. He said he will also recommend J & M to people he knows. These people put more money into my car then I probably even paid for it (I have receipts for parts alone totaling 8k), that doesn’t include their labor! When I questioned why they would do all that, they responded, “it’s the right thing to do”. I have never met a more honest dealership in all my life. I tell everyone I know about them and how good they were to me. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you, Vinny and Fred, from the bottom of my heart for being so honest and so good to me. You all went way more than above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. More

Poor customer service My car has broken down twice in the 4 months I've owned it. When I purchased the car I also purchased the extended warranty 4years, 100k miles. I was My car has broken down twice in the 4 months I've owned it. When I purchased the car I also purchased the extended warranty 4years, 100k miles. I was told when I asked that this warranty had rental/loaner car options if something were to happen I'd be covered. The first issue I had was with the engine, and when I asked, I was told if they keep the car overnight and/or have to order parts that would qualify me for a loaner car. Fortunately, it was fixed in one day with in stock parts. Now I'm having an issue with the brakes.when I called and explained the issue, the mechanic advised me to bring it in right away and he'd look at it as soon as possible. Now, this time they are keeping it overnight because they have to order a part for it. When I asked if I could be provided a rental/loaner car I was told by thier mechanic I don't qualify for a loaner car because I decided to come in on a busy day, and he didn't have time to get the part, so it's my fault he's keeping my car overnight.They dont have the part in stock, and they're blaming me. I guess I did do one thing wrong, I bought my car from them! I posted this yesterday, and today I received a call from the mechanic asking me to remove the bad review I left on thier website and that he was still waiting for the part for my car, and was planning on fixing it for free until he saw my post. I refused to remove my post. An hour later the owner called me and said one customer doesn't make a difference, he has enough money of his own and he doesn't need mine. They refused to fix my car and told me they dont want or need my business,don't ever come back. More
Great Dealership! We were very pleased with our salesman Dan Perlini. We told him what we were looking for and the price range. He never pressured us to purchase anything above what we asked for. He showed us 2 cars and the second one was perfect. We went in his office he asked a few questions and within minutes we were approved and told us the car would be ready on Friday. Received a call on Thursday from Dan made an appointment to pick up on Friday and car was waiting in the parking lot ready to drive away. We had been to other dealerships before this one with salesmen that just didn't pay any attention about our budget always trying to sell something way above what we asked for. Dan did not do that at all. My only problem is we didn't go to J & M first would have saved us a lot of time and disappointments. We wouldn't hesitate to go back. If you want to be treated fairly ask for Dan!!! Ken Nelson in finance was very friendly and accommodating made the purchase so easy..... More
