Great Experience We walk into the showroom and checked in. Dave Decarlo was our contact, he offered a beverage before he sat us down and asked a few questions. We let him know a what our budget was and he showed us what he had. He was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We put a deposit on a vehicle, he started the paperwork and we set an appointment for later in the week for pickup. The day came to pickup the vehicle we get a call from Dave confirming the appointment and that the car is ready. We show up, sign the paperwork, and finalize the purchase as he installs the plates. Vehicle is sitting in front detailed and looking sweet. In and out in 15 minutes. (NOT 1.5-2 HRS LIKE MUST OTHER PLACES). Over all a great experience! We will be back! More

Awesome 2014 Volkswagen Passat This was the first car we bought from J & M Automotive. Our salesman, Steve Groppi was great to work with. He was very patient with us, He showed us m This was the first car we bought from J & M Automotive. Our salesman, Steve Groppi was great to work with. He was very patient with us, He showed us multiple cars and took many test drives. He didn't pressure us into buying a car and he was fun to work with. When we brought the car home we noticed that we had 2 small problems. We texted Steve and he reached out to the Service Dept for us. They called us and said to bring in the car in 2 weeks. We were upset by this, so we contacted Steve again and he made sure the car was brought in the next day to be seen by the Head technician to address the issues. They had it fixed the next day. Steve went above and beyond his job. (Thanks again, Steve) If we need anything in the future we will be coming to see you again. More
